Does she have a psychological disorder?

So I've been concerned for a friend of mine for a while now. We talked to our school counselor about her twice, but she didn't do very much. My friend has always been a bit of a loner. She is an amazing artist, but she draws a lot of depressing pictures of things like realistic disturbing demonish creatures to random palm trees. She made a self-portrait it was painted various shades of gray and she was holding an umbrella over her head. It was raining colorful raindrops. Then the star of Satan and the Nazi symbol were drawn at the bottom. She also admitted that she cries almost everyday and has been depressed since third grade. I also learned that she believes there are people in her that slowly show themselves; she has met three so far. She confirmed that the people do not tell her to do things and that if she comes back one day and she isn't like herself then her soul is dead and the other peeps have taken over. My friend is extremely rational and serious. She can show little emotion. What is wrong with her?
