Runescape - Good Members Armor for a Reasonable Price?

I am looking for good members armor in runescape that I can get for a reasonable price. I currently have the following for my armor: Dragon Med Helm, Rune Platebody, Dragon Platelegs, Dragon Longsword, Dragon Boots, Dragon Gauntlets, and Toktz-Ket-Zil Shield. I have 1.4 mil in gold, and if I sell all of my armor I will have 3.1 mil. So in other words, what is the best equipment set I can buy for Less than 4 Mill? My attack level is 69, My strength and defense levels are 64. Thank you in advance!
