How do women get the sole right?

to abort a living being that is inside them where all they really are in the incubator? The sperm is alive and the egg is not. No ones saying it has to be 50-50 (which ironically would be true equality but hey that's feminism for ya) but since they say it's their body they get full authority to end a life that they didn't create and are only going to incubate.
