What is the little symbol (I see it on twitter) with a rectangle with 4 numbers in it?

Ok, so i keep seeing these symbols that are an upright rectangle with 4 numbers in it, 2 on top and 2 on bottom... i have seen a few with 0097 in them... can anyone tell me what this is?
