Why does runes of magic keep on crashing?

every time i try to play runes of magic, it crashes. it worked fine on the first day i downloaded it, then on the second, i had to update my computer for it to work. there are no more updates for my computer at the moment so i dont know how to make it work. i dont think it is graphic card or memory, scimcy i got 50 gigabytes left and i alrwedy updated my video card driver. it always says that there was a error in the game and it had to shut down. i dont want to delete and re dowload since it takes about 2 days for it to coplete the download and hen update over and over again.
