Seroquel XR overdose- will she be ok?

I have a close friend who suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder, she overdoses every few months on a weeks worth of seroquel xr - about 4800mg (and lorazepam 21mg) and is out of it in hospital for a few days and sometimes needs oxygen. She is very overweight about 220lbs and 5"4.She has taken more this time 7200mg will she be ok? I have heard seroquel is hard to od on. Will it be easy to incubate her in hospital? If she does need this will she come around ok?
