Is it ok to open incubator 3 times a day?( Day 22)?

I am incubating chicken eggs and today is day 22 almost 23. They are moving inside but no sign of hatching yet. I have the humidity 65-70%. Temp around 100-102F still air incubator. The reason why i am opening it 3 times a day is because i have to turn my duck eggs, but i open the incy for no more than 2 min. IS THAT OK? I HAVE TO......i also add hot water right away when i close the incy. The reason why my chicks are not hatching is because i thought the temp was suppose to be 99.5 and i found out it has to be 100-102 on an still air incy.
