Is my parrot egg is fertile or not?

I have Indian ring-necked parrot as my pet. Recently she laid eggs and started to incubate. Well one of the egg is turned out to black color. Is it healthy or not? How to candle and find out? If it is a bad sign means shall i remove the egg?
