What should i do my leopard gecko eggs are denting in?

there about two weeks old i have the humiditly to 90 in the incubator ten holes poked it the deally cup with two inchs of hatchrite both eggs are fertile i candled them AND saw empro ive when through hell all ready i had an older egg and it dented and became a pancake i need help im also using a reptibator with paper towl wet on the side to get it to 90 perecet humitiy im incubating at about 83 to85 for females and some males plz PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP!!!!!!!!!
