I am scared to play a Normal Game of League of Legends. Can someone help?

Just hit the button and try and enjoy it. I have this exact problem with Starcraft 2 I was fine then after I got higher up in rank I started getting nervous and now its hard for me to play. Just have fun or make another account and go through the leveling again. Hope this helps remember it is just a game. Try saying out loud "I am scared to lose" then hit find match. Good luck
