Mixing breeds of chickens?

I have a Buff Lace Polish Rooster that I got out of a straight run this year. I also have 13 hens that are diffrent breeds asorting from- laced wyandotte, rhode island reds, new hampshire red, australorp, amaricana, campines. I want to know if the Rooster will mate with the other breeds? will I be able to incubate the eggs for chicks? I know there is cross breeding, but I dont know much about it. any answers??
