Mtg edgewalker reducing mana cost to 0?

Say I play edge-walker, next turn i want to play mother of runes or weathered wayfarer would i be able to cast these not paying anything because the edge-walker reduces the cost of my spells be one black and one white?If you know of any Official rules on this please leave link!!
